VEGETARIAN Super Spectrim contains the same vitamins and minerals with the following substitutions: Lemon grass and Vitamin D-3 concentrate instead of fish liver oil. The following ingredients are omitted because they are non-vegetarian: lipase, pepsin, rutin, liver concentrate, red bone marrow, and egg yolk powder. Plus alginic acid 3 mg. is added.

VEGETARIAN NO-IRON Super Spectrim is the same as Vegetarian Super Spectrim except it contains no iron.
